Concierge
At the Hotel Grand Pacific, a very dedicated and knowledgeable concierge staff can attend to guest needs and wants. The concierge can assist with personalized service to plan vacation or travel arrangements, make restaurant and hotel reservations, book professional appointments, courier services, spa treatments and more.
The Chef (Head) concierge is a member of Les Clefs d'Or, which is a worldwide association of concierges. Les Clefs d'Or (The Golden Keys) has over 3,000 members in 35 countries. The association is a network of experienced, knowledgeable hotel concierges that can be called upon should a guest need crucial information or assistance when arriving in a new city.
Business Centre
Enjoy all the luxurious amenities at the Hotel Grand Pacific knowing that all business needs will be met at the fully-equipped Business Centre. The Business Centre provides:

- Personal computer workstations
- High-speed black & white and colour laser printer/copier
- Office supplies
- High-speed Internet access
- Support services such as photocopying, faxing and word processing
Meeting rooms are often in demand, and guests are able to access the Business Centre Boardroom on an hourly basis. The Boardroom can accommodate up to five people and includes:
- Speakerphone
- Whiteboard
- High-speed Internet access
- Guests are welcome to order room service for meetings or can place an order with the Courtyard Café
Located on the Courtyard Level of the hotel, the Business Centre is staffed from Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. After-hours access is available with assistance from the Front Desk. The Business Centre is closed on statutory holidays.
Room Serivce
The Hotel Grand Pacific has a full room service menu available daily from 6:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and an after-hours menu of hot or cold items available for late-night snacks or early morning breakfasts. Efficient and friendly service staff will deliver each order promptly.
Pet Policy
The Hotel Grand Pacific is pleased to welcome pets to the hotel. In order to ensure the comfort of all guests, the Hotel asks that guests follow the policies listed below:
- A flat fee of $50.00 (up to seven nights) will be applied to each guest account to cover the cleaning of all fabrics and carpets after departure
- Only one pet per room at any one time
- Pets must weigh less than 40 lbs
- Pets my be left unattended in the room if in a crate and the room lights are left on
- Pet must be on a leash or in a carrier when in public areas of the Hotel
- Noise must be kept to a minimum. Dogs barking or cats meowing can disturb other guests. Penalties may be applied if other guests are disturbed
- Pets must be house-trained and clean. Additional cleaning charges may apply if pets create an excessive mess
- Victoria has a sanitary by-law so please pick up after your pet (we have small bags available at the Front Desk for this purpose)
