Best Rate Guarantee Terms and Conditions

Preferred Hotel Group, Inc. guarantees that our websites will have the lowest publicly available rates for our hotels, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Reservation must be made via one of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts websites.
  • Best Rate Guarantee online claim form must be completed in full within 24 hours of making the reservation.
  • Claim must include the lower rate and exact link (URL) where the rate can be confirmed.
  • If the claim form is verified, the rate in the Preferred Hotels & Resorts reservation will be adjusted to reflect the change. The guest will also be enrolled in the iPrefer guest benefit program, which provides the following benefits at each of our Preferred Hotels & Resorts properties: complimentary room upgrade (based on availability at check-in), complimentary Internet access, priority early check-in and late check-out, and an iPrefer member amenity.
  • Matched rate will reflect the price before taxes and fees.
  • Preferred Hotels & Resorts has the sole right to determine the validity of any claim.
  • Preferred Hotels & Resorts has the discretion to determine if a competing rate is genuinely available.
  • Preferred Hotels & Resorts’ decision is final in the case of a dispute.
  • Preferred Hotels & Resorts reserves the right to modify the terms of Best Rate Guarantee at any time.

The following rates do not qualify:

  • Rates available on auction or flash sale websites such as, but not limited to, Agoda, Priceline, Hotwire, Kayak, Booking.com, Groupon Getaways, Living Social Escapes, or any flash sales platforms
  • Pre-paid, non-cancellable, and/or non-refundable rates
  • Reward program rates, corporate/group rates, government rates, and/or other rates not available to the general public
  • Rates that are packaged with air travel, car rental, entertainment, etc.
  • Rates at the following Preferred Hotels & Resorts properties:
