The hotel offers 24-hour room service, as well as two on-site restaurants. Bistro 2110 overlooks the historic Ohio Stadium, and serves a blend of American, European, and Asian cuisine, while the Lobby Lounge specializes in relaxed dining and drinks.
Bistro 2110 – At breakfast, fill up on huevos rancheros and cappuccino cake French toast, or choose lighter fare from the continental menu. Deep-filled sandwiches and fresh salads are perfect for a casual lunch, and for celebratory dinners try specialty dishes like blackened rib-eye steak with crab and potato hash. The wine list ranges from Old World to New World, including selections from Ohio.
Blackwell Bar and Lounge – This laid-back lobby lounge offers cocktails handcrafted from locally distilled spirits, a wide wine selection, and casual bites.
Get active at The Blackwell Inn and Pfahl Conference Center, with an on-site gym and access to the university’s excellent sports facilities. Work out in one of the RPAC center's four gyms, get competitive during a game of squash or racquetball, practice your stroke in the lap pool, or relax in the leisure spa and sauna. For live sports, you can cheer on university teams at a number of campus arenas, including Ohio Stadium, home to the Ohio State Buckeyes. The stadium is also a major concert venue.
As the meeting point of two rivers, Columbus puts nature at your doorstep. The Olentangy Trail offers a riverside route to the heart of downtown, where you will find the Scioto Mile, with acres of parkland and trails along the Scioto River. Both are perfect for cycling and jogging. One of Columbus's most charming neighborhoods — and a popular destination for authentic bratwurst and schnitzel — is the German Village, but for the best nightlife head to Short North, where the streets are lined with bars, restaurants and art galleries.
